100% vegetable oil enriched with fatty acids Omega 3‐6‐9.
The well-known source of the vegetable acids Omega 3‐6‐9 is a linseed oil. Since it is hard and unpleasant to use the linseed oil in its pure form, we use it in our OiliO Omega oil together with rapeseed oil; giving this mixture of the oils a neutral taste and smell. In addition, it preserves a high content of the acids Omega 3‐6‐9, which are not produced by human organisms but are extremely necessary for healthy development.
In the composition of OiliO Omega, an ideal combination has been achieved between the acids Omega 6, large amounts of which are contained in rapeseed oil, and Omega 3‐6‐9, large amounts of which are contained in linseed oil. The oil is recommended for use in salads, especially in wintertime, as well as for sauces and frying, since 100 g of the product contains 75% of the daily requirement of omega acids.
