The key components of the sunflower oil formulation are:
- Fatty acids – stearic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid and some others. They are extremely necessary in order for the organism to normally build various cells and tissues and for the activity of nervous and blood circulatory systems.
- Vitamins A and D. The former helps vision and immune system, the latter keeps bones and skin healthy.
- Tocopherol or vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants, the defender of the organism against cancer and aging. More tocopherol is contained in the sunflower oil than in any other vegetable oils.
In addition, there is no cholesterol in sunflower oil or in any other vegetable oil.
